What you can do with what we publish, what we are responsible for and what we are not, and where the conditions of each project are defined.

01Who publishes this site

This site is published by Touringxx Studio, a digital studio operating from Argentina and Uruguay and working with international clients. You can contact us at the contact form.

02What you can do with what we publish

You may read, print and quote our articles with attribution and a link to the source. That includes using them internally in your company.

You may not republish them in full on another site or sell them, with or without our name. If you want to translate them, reproduce them in a publication or use them in paid training, write to us: we almost always say yes.

En llano

If a language model reproduces our content citing the source, that is fine by us. What we ask is the same as we would ask of a person: attribution.

03Trademarks and third-party materials

The TouringXX name, the logo and the design of this site are ours. The names, logos and screenshots of other companies appearing in cases and testimonials belong to their owners and are shown with their permission, solely to identify the work done.

If you own any of them and want it removed, write to us and we’ll do it without argument.

04What we publish is information, not advice

Insights articles explain how we work and what we have learned. They are not a technical or legal opinion applicable to your specific case.

The commercial information on the site is indicative. The scope, the investment and the specific conditions of each project are set out in its corresponding proposal or agreement.

05Availability and links

We do what is reasonable to keep the site available, but there may be outages for maintenance or caused by the provider. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability and we aren’t liable for damage an outage may cause.

When we link to third-party sites it is because we find them useful, not because we are responsible for their content or for what they do with your data.

06Proposals and per-project conditions

The information on this site is general and does not constitute a contractual offer. Each engagement is governed by its own proposal, with the scope, conditions and timelines agreed for that specific project.

Any change of scope affecting the budget is communicated and agreed before continuing.

If any problem arises: write to us. Most are resolved in one email.
