What to tell us in the first message
No document needed. With these four things we can reply with something useful instead of a generic question.
The specific symptom: the site is slow, orders load twice, we don’t show up in search. That locates the problem better than a description of the company.
Even roughly. Knowing where you want to get to is what makes it possible to propose a path, not just a price.
If there is a site, a system, a brand or earlier material, saying so changes the starting point completely. A link is enough.
A launch, a trade fair, a year-end close. If the date is not viable we would rather say so before quoting.
