Cookies and analytics technologies
Without your authorisation, only the technologies necessary for the site to operate are active. Analytics is off until you accept it, and rejecting it takes one click.
01 · What it is and what we use
A cookie or equivalent technology is a small file the site stores in your browser to remember something between pages.
This site uses only three things, and none of them is for advertising.
02 · What exactly is used
Only the first works without your authorisation. Analytics stores no cookie until you accept it.
- Necessary technologies · always active. Those essential for the site to work and to remember your language. Without them the site doesn’t operate, which is why they don’t require consent.
- Privacy preference · necessary. Stores your decision about analytics locally in your browser, so you aren’t asked again on every visit.
- Google Analytics · off until you accept. Used, only with your authorisation, to obtain statistics about site usage and help us understand which pages and content are useful. If you reject analytics, no measurement cookie is stored: you are not identified and not tracked between visits. The tag may still count the visit in aggregate and without cookies — what Google calls cookieless measurement.
No advertising, behavioural marketing or third-party cookies other than those indicated are used. We don’t publish a table of dozens of cookies because the site doesn’t use them.
03 · How to change your decision
The “Privacy preferences” link in the footer is always available and opens the same notice you saw the first time.
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you do, your stored decision is lost and the notice appears again.
Rejecting analytics breaks nothing: the site works the same, we simply stop knowing what gets read.
